Lise has dedicated her entire life to helping others; whether in her health care career as a nurse, as a Senior Executive, or by coaching and mentoring her managers and team members in multiple organizations. She has developed countless new programs and services to help the most vulnerable individuals and communities. She has led organizations and businesses toward achieving outstanding success. She’s been a Senior Executive for 25 plus years and a coach and mentor for 20 years.
Lise is happily married to her soulmate, of more than 30 years and is the proud mother of 3 amazing young adults (Isabelle, Joshua & Emanuel) and a devoted grand-mother to 3 wonderful grand-children (Emily, Charlie & William). Her family means the world!
Lise and her husband are proud philanthropists. They support community organizations and charities through their donations, volunteer work, and by sharing their expertise and talents to advance important causes.

- Extensive experience as a Senior Executive in Health Care, the Non-Profit sector and the Business sector for more than 25 years
- Awarded the Donna Rubin Administrator Leadership Program Award in 2019
- Business Owner since 2005
- Recognized Expert in Substances Use and Addictions, Mental Health and Community Services for 25 years
- Significant experience in strategic & operational planning and in the design of action and dissemination plans
- Recognized expert in change management plans & strategies and leading system changes
- Extensive experience in policy & program development based on best practices for all populations
- Supported the knowledge development and shared best practices with the Addictions Service providers
- Led the development of a “Core Competency Model” for the Champlain Local Health Integration Network for healthcare professionals
- Appointed by the Champlain Local Health Integration Network to do Peer Review and to conduct External Audits in Community Addiction Agencies
- Led the implementation of a Coordinated & Integrated Access for Addiction services in Champlain
- Led the Primary Health Care Reform and the establishment of a Network of Community Health Centers and Family Health Teams in the Province of New Brunswick (NB)
- Led the Development and implementation of 2 major multi-million dollars health care reform initiatives across Atlantic Canada with Health Canada and the 4 Atlantic Governments
- Established a New Public Health Division including all related programs for all populations in Northern Quebec
- Proven track record in leading organizations and teams towards growth and success while enhancing the quality and availability of services and meeting funders requirements
- Vast experience facilitating collaborative efforts of stakeholders and partners in a variety of settings, including all levels of government (Federal, Provincial, Atlantic Canada, Municipal, and at the regional level with Regional Health Authorities and the Local Health Integration Network).

In 2018-19; Lise became very ill with a hemorrhagic condition; she realized that “There had to be more to life than what she was experiencing’’. She then made a key decision in her life and became in 2020 a Professional Life Coach and a Certified Therapist in Alternative Holistic Medicine Approaches. She built her business to offer Executive Coaching & Life Coaching and Reiki & Hypnosis treatments to help individuals improve their health, reach their goals, achieve success & satisfaction and live purposefully while achieving their dreams.
