During the treatment, the therapist uses their hands to facilitate the flow of energy. The treatment can also be done through distance healing as distance is no boundary.  The client lies down on a Reiki/Massage table fully clothed and just relaxes during the session. If the treatment is performed by distance, the client sits in a comfortable meditative state at home.
